How, when and why Spedingo works

How does Spedingo work?
- On Spedingo we make available to you, for free, thousands of delivery requests to quote on. Once the client accepts your bids, your respective contact details are exchanged and you can contact the client to arrange the delivery.
Why does Spedingo work?
- Because we do not charge any registration fee or monthly subscription. You just pay a small success fee when the delivery is awarded.
When does Spedingo work?
- Spedingo is specifically designed to fill empty space on trucks. Our users are aware of this fact and, in exchange of their flexibility in terms of time of collection and delivery, expect cheap quotes from you.

Signing-in to Spedingo

How much does it cost?
- No registration fees are envisaged. You can scroll the list of delivery requests, place your bids and ask questions to clients, all for free. We just charge you a small success fee (up to 13%) when you are awarded with a delivery.
I am a non-professional transport provider, can I place quotes on Spedingo?
- No. Spedingo is reserved for professional transport providers. We will ask you to provide us evidence of your belonging to such category.

How to succeed with Spedingo

Take care of your Spedingo’s profile
- Describe your company at best: who you are, what transports are you specialized in, your geographical range and so on.
Start in the right way
- If you are new to Spedingo, you have noor few feedbacks from previous customers. That is why we suggest you to place very competitive quotes at the beginning. Later on you will be able to rely on you reputation and to align prices with the market.
Communication is key
- Once a client book one of your quotes make sure to contact him/her as soon as possible to confirm the delivery and reassure him.
Feedback
- Do not forget to ask your customers a feedback on the work you did.

Awarding of a delivery

What happen when I am awarded with a delivery?
- When you win a delivery you receive an email with the contact details of the customer and a summary of what you agreed with him.
I won a delivery, how should I pay the success fee to Spedingo?
- After the end of each solar month we will invoice to you the success fees for all the deliveries awarded in the previous month. Then you can decide either to pay the invoice in cash or to compensate the amount of the invoice with outstanding balance of the deposits paid to us by your customers at the time of booking of each deliveries.
I have been awarded with a delivery but unfortunately I will no be able to execute it. What should I do?
- First of all contact your customer and represent to him/her the arisen issue. Then you are required to contact Spedingo’s staff instructing it to refund the deposit to the customer. We will refund the customer and help him to identify an alternative solution.

Invoicing and feedbacks

What amount must be invoiced to the customer?
- The invoice must have a taxable amount equal to the amount of the quote accepted by the user, therefore including the deposit paid by him on Spedingo.com. In fact, remember that this deposit was collected by Spedingo on your behalf and is keeping it for you.
One of my clients left me a negative feedback which I consider unfair, what should I do?
- You are allowed to leave a counter feedback, but we do not allow the removal of the feedback unless such feedback is libelous, vulgar and clearly untrue or the removal is requested directly from the customer.
